- Reformer Power (Strong):
This full-body athletic reformer class strengthens and tones the entire body. By combining the classic Pilates method with unique, targeted muscle-strengthening movements, we build muscle definition and create long, lean muscles, all while improving your posture, flexibility, and the connection between body and mind.
- Fitness Reformer (Sculpt):
Using reformer equipment, we combine dynamic, functional movements to create a full-body workout that promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Sculpt your body with Fitness Reformer: an energetic and challenging workout that improves muscular strength, endurance, and posture, while helping you build a strong, lean, and balanced body.
- Cardio Reformer Jumpboard (Cardio):
With the jumpboard, you train your coordination, strengthen your muscles, all while burning calories.
The jumpboard attaches to the end of the reformer and allows cardio-aerobic training with very little pressure or impact on the joints, and the springs help to strengthen your muscles.
Not suitable for people with knee or hip problems.
